For a useful custom coffee sleeve quote, send the actual cup profile and measurements, your logo or artwork, and quantities separated by design and size. Add construction preferences, packaging, destination, and your requested schedule. Nominal cup capacity alone does not establish fit, and reference specifications are not final project approval.
Start with the cup that will actually be used
Identify the intended cup and lid, and describe whether the sleeve serves one cup profile or several. A practical measurement sheet can include overall cup height and diameters at clearly marked positions within the intended sleeve area. Label the measurement points on a photograph so the supplier is not interpreting an unexplained diameter.
The custom neoprene coffee sleeve product page gives 3.5 mm neoprene as a standard material reference and allows custom thickness requests. State whether you are requesting that reference or another thickness. Final fit still requires the cup profile, measurements, and a physical sample.
A compact RFQ information checklist
| Item | What to send | What to clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Cup | Photos, measured profile, lid details | One cup or multiple profiles |
| Artwork | Logo or design file with placement notes | Draft or final version |
| Construction | Bottom style, handle preference, requested thickness | Required features versus preferences |
| Quantity | Pieces for each design and size | No pooled MOQ calculation |
| Packaging and destination | Packing preference and US delivery location | Which costs the quote includes |
EDIOM's customization minimum is 100 pieces for each design and each size; different combinations cannot be pooled to meet it. Special materials, accessories, or new constructions require separate review. An overall quantity without its design-and-size breakdown is therefore incomplete.
Copyable RFQ example: hypothetical project
Hypothetical RFQ: replace these details before use. We are a US café requesting 200 custom coffee sleeves with one logo design for one nominated cup profile. Requested reference: 3.5 mm neoprene, open bottom, bound handle. Cup photos, labeled measurements, draft artwork, and placement notes are attached. Please identify anything else needed for quotation and physical fit sampling.
Packaging preference: individual packing, format to be agreed. Destination: our café's US ZIP code, supplied with the inquiry. Please separate product, sampling, packaging, and shipping charges where applicable, identify exclusions, and confirm sampling availability, cost, and timing. Our requested delivery date is a planning target, not an agreed commitment.
Keep the quotation and sample approval aligned
Ask the quotation to identify the artwork version, cup reference, quantity breakdown, and proposed construction. Record unresolved decisions alongside it. This makes comparisons more useful than comparing unit prices that may cover different products or packing arrangements. If you request alternatives, label them Option A and Option B so a handle or packaging difference does not disappear inside a single blended quotation.
Before approving the project specification, review the physical sample against the intended cup, artwork placement, handle use, and packaging. Document observations and requested revisions so sample approval refers to a specific version. Changes to the cup, thickness, artwork, or construction should be submitted for review rather than assumed to leave the quotation unchanged.
Send the completed brief through EDIOM SPORTS' inquiry page. EDIOM manufactures made-to-order OEM/ODM neoprene products in Huizhou, Guangdong, China; project details and sample arrangements must be confirmed through the inquiry.
