Printed neoprene rings positioned at the inner end of a handlebar grip. Start with the 55 mm outer diameter, 25 mm opening and 5 mm thickness reference, then develop the fit, artwork and pair packaging for your accessory range.

Measure the actual grip at the intended ring position and check the space near the inner flange and controls. The 55 / 25 / 5 mm measurements describe the reference ring; they do not establish fit for every bike. Approve installation on the target grip and confirm that controls move freely before ordering.

Ring opening
The center opening fits around the grip. Check installation and final seating with the actual grip shape, flange and controls.
Visible material thickness
The side view shows the neoprene core between the fabric faces. Confirm the agreed thickness on a physical sample.
Print and reverse
Printed examples show artwork on one face and a black reverse. Specify which faces to print and keep key artwork clear of both cut edges.
Pairs and presentation
The reference packs contain two rings and a header card. Confirm matching or mixed designs, bag size and card artwork in the quotation.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Choose plain black, a white sublimation surface or printed artwork. Logos and repeating patterns need a layout around the central opening. Agree the print process, both faces and any custom cut size on the sample.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over artwork on a suitable light fabric. Check the cut outline, print margins and color references on the sample.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
