Size & fit
Start with the dimensions that matter.
Measure the usable flat bottom of the cup holder, including any ribs or movable grips. Compare it with the approximately 70 mm diameter and 5 mm thickness reference. Check that the coaster sits flat, leaves the notch accessible and supports the intended cup. Confirm the fit on a sample; vehicle model names alone are not enough.

Finger notch
The inward cut-out provides a place to lift the coaster. Check that it remains accessible inside the selected cup holder.
Fabric print face
Plain white and printed samples show the same round outline. Leave space around the notch and outer edge when placing a logo.
Textured reverse
The video shows the black patterned underside. Check its contact with the actual cup-holder base and any molded ribs.
Flexible body
Hands bend the sample to show its profile and flexibility. Agree thickness, edge quality and finished diameter before production.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Supply a logo or all-over artwork, or request white blanks for your own printing. Sublimation settings depend on the selected material and equipment; validate them on a sample. Coordinate coaster and sleeve artwork separately when developing a set.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over artwork on a suitable light fabric. Check the cut outline, print margins and color references on the sample.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

What does a quotation depend on?

Can you provide a sample before bulk production?
We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
