The reference band measures 23 × 8.9 cm laid flat, with a 5 mm material thickness. Send the container diameter or circumference and the straight-sided height available for wrapping. Check overlap, grip and clearance below the drinking rim on a sample. An ounce or milliliter capacity alone does not confirm fit.

Two spring strips
The reference construction has two spring strips enclosed across the length. The demonstration shows the band moving between flat and curled positions.
Textured inner surface
The black inner face is visible when laid flat. Check contact and overlap with the intended container surface.
Open wrap profile
The sleeve wraps around the side of the drink. There is no sewn bottom; confirm how it sits around the container body.
Long print panel
The flat panel provides space for a continuous design. Place the main logo where it remains visible after wrapping, allowing for overlap at the ends.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Choose black, a white printable surface or custom artwork. Sublimation and screen printing are possible starting points depending on the fabric and design. Approve the artwork both laid flat and wrapped around the intended container.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over artwork on a suitable light fabric. Check the cut outline, print margins and color references on the sample.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
