Two distinct shapes
The rectangle has a long straight pocket; the fish-tail shape narrows through the middle. Select the shape around the filled package.
Top opening
The demonstration shows the opening and insertion of a packaged ice pop. Check clearance at the sealed edge and how much packaging remains exposed.
Sewn edges
The rectangle reference has colored binding around its perimeter. The white fish-tail blank shows edge stitching; confirm the chosen finish with your artwork.
Plain and printed faces
White blanks and patterned samples provide different starting points. Position key artwork away from the opening, edge binding and narrow waist.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Develop an all-over pattern on compatible polyester fabric, a screen-printed logo or a white blank. Match print placement to the rectangle or fish-tail outline and agree the edge finish. Mixed designs, custom shapes, labels and packaging are quoted to the project.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
