A shaped neoprene sleeve with a ring-pull zipper and folding base for longneck bottles. Choose plain fabric or a printed design for brewery merchandise, wedding favors and event gifts.

Size & fit
Start with the dimensions that matter.
The illustrated sleeve is 20 cm high and 6.5 cm across the upright base, with a 12 oz longneck bottle reference. These are sleeve measurements, not guaranteed internal clearances. Send the bottle diameter, body height and shoulder/neck profile. Check insertion, zipper closure and base seating with your actual bottle before approving the size.

Ring-pull zipper
The neck opening unzips to help insert the bottle. Check the pull, zipper length and clearance around the bottle shoulder on the sample.
Shaped body
The upper panel narrows toward the neck. Bottle shape matters even when two bottles carry the same volume label.
Folding base
The demonstration shows a flexible bottom with side cut-outs. Check the base shape and seam placement with the intended bottle.
Fabric and print area
Plain black, white and printed examples show the fabric face. Keep important artwork clear of the zipper, seams and bottom folds.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Choose a logo, an all-over pattern or unprinted fabric. Sublimation requires a compatible light polyester face; screen printing can suit selected logo designs. Agree the fabric color, zipper color, print area and seam margins on a sample before production.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

What does the quoted quantity include?
One piece is one zippered bottle sleeve. Bottles, drinks and display props are not included. Specify bags, labels or gift packaging separately.

What does a quotation depend on?
Product size, material thickness, fabric, artwork, print method, accessories, quantity per design and size, packing and delivery destination. Send your reference even if some choices are not yet decided.
Can you provide a sample before bulk production?
We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
