Size & fit
Measure what goes inside.
Measure the lens at its widest point and its full packed height, including front and rear caps. Include the hood if it will be stored on the lens. Confirm internal diameter, usable height and room for the drawstring to gather above the lens. Each custom size is developed from your dimensions and checked on a sample.
Packed height
Measure the complete lens and allow space for the top closure.
Lens model names and focal lengths alone do not determine pouch size. Send dimensions and a photo of the packed configuration.

Drawstring opening
The rim gathers when the cord is pulled. Check the opening clearance and how the gathered top sits above the lens.
Sliding cord lock
A small toggle controls the cord. Specify cord length and lock type, then check opening and closing on the sample.
Side attachment
A webbing strip connects the ring and clip to the body. Agree the attachment arrangement and inspect it with the intended packed weight.
Sewn circular base
The round base and side seam define the pouch shape. Review seam finishing, internal room and any requested lining or base changes.

Your artwork and finishing details.
Choose a plain surface, a logo or an all-over design. We review the print process for the selected fabric, then coordinate edge binding, closure and hardware. Approve artwork placement and the finished sample before production.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
