Send the phone’s actual width, height and thickness with its case. Confirm room for the rear pocket and enough flap overlap on the filled sample.

Flap and closure patches
The sample opens with two hook-and-loop patches. Check flap overlap and ease of opening with the intended phone inside.
Rear slip pocket
A separate pocket on the back provides another storage area. Specify the cards or small items it should hold and check access when worn.
Detachable strap clips
Clips connect the strap to side rings. Agree strap length, adjustment, material and hardware with the intended carrying position.
Bound edges and print panels
Binding outlines the flap and body. Coordinate its color, the inside surface and the artwork across the separate panels.

Your artwork and finishing details.
Choose a plain surface, a logo or an all-over design. We review the print process for the selected fabric, then coordinate edge binding, closure and hardware. Approve artwork placement and the finished sample before production.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Can you provide a sample before bulk production?
We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
