Can I request a specific neoprene thickness?
Yes. Share the target thickness or performance goal. We will confirm material availability, construction suitability and production tolerance before sampling.
Can the surface color be matched to my brand?
Send a Pantone reference or physical color sample when color accuracy is important. Screen colors are useful for direction but should not be treated as final approval.
Do I have to customize the material?
No. This service can be selected independently. If you do not need it, we can recommend the normal material specification for the chosen product.
