Integrated handles
The carry openings are part of the bag panels, with bound edges. Their size and position can be reviewed during pattern development.
Sewn base panel
The bottom expands into the pictured bag shape. Review the base footprint with the lunch box you plan to pack.
Fold-flat body
The empty sample folds for storage. Folded packing dimensions depend on the final material, trims and packing method.

What the video shows
The bag is opened to show the interior, lifted by its integrated handle, folded, turned to show the base and inspected along the zipper and seams. Patterns are examples, not a promise of stock availability.
Design options
From a simple logo to a full-pattern collection.
Black, light and printed samples show different starting points. Keep important logos clear of the handle cutouts, zipper, side joins and base seams. We review front/back artwork, binding color and label position together before sampling.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

What measurements should I send?
Send the lunch-container length, width and height, plus details of any bottle or accessories carried alongside it. A packing photo or physical sample helps confirm the opening and usable space.
Is it a leakproof food container?
No leakproof or direct-food-contact claim is made for this bag. Use closed food containers inside it. Any temperature-retention, cleaning or compliance requirement needs product-specific confirmation and, where required, testing.
Can I use my own pattern or logo?
Yes. Send the artwork and tell us which panels need printing. We review fabric, print method, seam placement and colors before sample approval.
What is the MOQ for a custom lunch bag?
The starting MOQ is 300 pieces per design and per size. Marketplace quantities for stocked items do not apply to custom production. Special fabrics, trims or packaging may need a separate minimum and quotation.
What does a quotation depend on?
Product size, material thickness, fabric, artwork, print method, accessories, quantity per design and size, packing and delivery destination. Send your reference even if some choices are not yet decided.
Can you provide a sample before bulk production?
We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
