Light at the base
The demonstration shows a light inside the empty base and an illuminated glass bottle. Container color, material, contents and ambient light affect the result.
Round sewn base
The actual sample has a textured black underside and sewn edge. Check how your container sits over the light component.
Finished fabric body
The upper edge and vertical seam are stitched. Keep important logos away from these seams and confirm the useful print area.
Approve the complete assembly
Review the sleeve and lighting component together. Confirm activation, light modes, power supply and cleaning instructions on the production sample.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Choose black fabric with a suitable logo print or a compatible printed fabric for an all-over design. The layout image is an artwork reference, not a production template. Agree the final dieline and print process before LED assembly; do not assume that a finished electronic sleeve can be heat-pressed.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Can you provide a sample before bulk production?
We can discuss a reference sample or a custom pre-production sample. Sample cost, availability and timing are confirmed for your project; bulk production follows the agreed approval.
Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
