Front pocket slit
The horizontal slit provides access to the small fabric pocket. The lip balm remains in its own capped tube.
Two fabric outlines
The rectangle offers a straight silhouette; the contoured version has a narrow waist and wider lower section. Fit depends on the tube as well as the outline.
Ring and clip choices
White SKU images show ring-only and ring-plus-clip arrangements. Confirm the exact combination, finish and attachment loop on the sample.
Stitched perimeter
The demonstration shows the flexible body and sewn edges. Allow margins around the slit, seams and attachment loop when positioning artwork.

Design options
Choose the surface and artwork.
Start with white blanks, a logo or a full printed pattern on compatible fabric. Plan the front and back separately around the pocket slit and edge seams. Match the outline, ring or clip finish, labels and packaging to your collection; approve a finished sample for each hardware combination.
Full-color sublimation
For all-over patterns on a suitable light polyester surface. We review seam placement and color references with your artwork.
Screen printing
For logos and spot-color designs on a suitable surface. Print size, color count and fabric determine the setup.
Solid color / unprinted
Keep the surface plain, or specify labels and other branding separately. Custom fabric or trim may have its own minimum.

Can packaging and labels carry our brand?
Yes, subject to the agreed specification and supplier minimums. Tell us whether you need individual bags, hang tags, branded labels or carton marks. Custom packaging is quoted separately.
What about sample and bulk lead times?
Timing depends on the approved design, materials, quantity and destination. Share your required arrival date. We will confirm the sample schedule and production and shipping plan with your quotation.
