EDIOM's custom coffee sleeve MOQ is 100 pieces for each design and each size. When all three designs are ordered in both of two sizes, the minimum baseline is 3 designs × 2 sizes × 100 pieces = 600 pieces. Special materials, accessories, and new constructions require separate review.
Count the combinations, not just the total
A design-and-size combination is one specific artwork applied to one specified sleeve size. Increasing the quantity of another combination does not fill its shortfall. For example, 150 pieces of Design A in one size and 50 pieces of Design B in that same size do not satisfy the rule for Design B.
This is a customization MOQ, not an Alibaba stocked-SKU sales tier. Treat it as an order-planning requirement for the proposed custom assortment. It does not establish a price, a mixed-order discount, or availability of finished goods.
Worked example: three designs offered in two sizes
The following example is hypothetical. Small and medium are planning labels here, not a guarantee that a particular cup fits either size. Cup profile, measurements, and a physical sample must establish the intended fit.
| Artwork | Small | Medium | Design subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design A | 100 pieces | 100 pieces | 200 pieces |
| Design B | 100 pieces | 100 pieces | 200 pieces |
| Design C | 100 pieces | 100 pieces | 200 pieces |
| Total | 300 pieces | 300 pieces | 600 pieces |
Each of the six cells meets its own 100-piece minimum. A 600-piece order allocated unevenly would still fail the baseline if any selected combination contained fewer than 100 pieces. The grand total is therefore a useful budget input, but it is not the MOQ compliance check.
Distinguish an omitted combination from an underfilled one
You do not have to request every possible pairing merely because several artworks and sizes appear in the brief. A design offered in only one size creates one selected combination. Mark an unwanted pairing as “not ordered” rather than leaving an ambiguous blank or assigning it a below-minimum quantity.
For planning, count the combinations you actually intend to buy and multiply that count by 100 for the standard minimum baseline. The three-by-two example reaches 600 because all six pairings are selected. It is not a rule that every collection must contain six combinations.
Review the assortment before requesting pricing
- Give each artwork a distinct name and version.
- Identify each size by its intended cup profile, not only an ounce label.
- Enter a quantity for every selected pairing and explicitly omit unwanted pairings.
- Flag special materials, accessories, and construction changes for separate review.
- Confirm the matrix again when approving artwork and the sample specification.
If a color change, logo variation, or layout adjustment makes the design count unclear, submit the variants and ask how they will be classified. Do not merge them yourself on the assumption that a small visual difference is exempt.
Record an artwork revision after quotation as a change request and identify the affected combinations. Ask for confirmation before relying on the earlier quantity matrix or commercial terms.
Use the coffee sleeve product reference to identify the proposed construction, then send your quantity matrix through EDIOM SPORTS' inquiry page. Keep the confirmed breakdown with the quotation so later assortment changes receive review before the order is finalized.
